Sofolarin Sunday Soyombo is the Assistant Director (Legal) Lagos State Pension Commission

He attended the Lagos State University for his Diploma in Law (1991-1993), LLB Degree in Law (1996-1999) and the Nigerian Law School from 1999- 2001 where he obtained his BL.

He joined the Lagos State Public Service in 2001, as a State Counsel from where he rose to his present post in January 2017.

Prior to that he has served as State Counsel at the Lagos State Ministry of Justice (Department of Civil Litigation), and later at the Department of Public Prosecutions. He also served as the Head of Department (Legal), Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission.

He is a member of several professional bodies, especially the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the International Bar Association (IBA).

He is married with children and loves reading, watching and playing football and many other outdoor sports.
